I cannot begin to describe how fantastic the team at Maybugs are. Having searched high and low for a particular Jellycat plush that had been discontinued, I finally found one on the Maybugs website. After ordering, I called to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me as it was now marked as sold out, and the team located the very last item for me at one of their other stores to ensure it got to me safely.
Ordered online from Maybugs and was one of the most faultless experiences I've had. I ordered a new release Jellycat plush and unfortunately received a defective toy. They had one shipped out and with me by the next day. The interaction with customer service was faultless and made me feel very assured. They were polite, professional and human, without canned responses. Will be shopping with them again!
A lovely shop to mooch round with an eclectic mix of goods. I visited the Eastbourne shop for 1st time they also have shop in Hailsham-a good shop for gifts.
I have just ordered a Jellycat for my daughters bday... I couldn't pay for it the order online and straight away they noticed and emailed me... Debbie was so helpful and the order came through really quickly. The Jellycat was wrapped beautifully and even had a packet of haribos included.. Have been so impressed with their service, i will definitely be using them again.

This is a great place to visit if you’re looking to pick up a quality gift or treat yourself to something nice. Some very interesting items, particularly lots of dog related items, including books and ornaments. Very good selection of cards for various occasions. Also, unique top end items, including clocks and lamp stands.
